EXMOUTH FESTIVAL IS A COMMUNITY EVENT

Please ensure that your behaviour is appropriate for this family oriented festival. In order to facilitate the security, safety and comfort of all visitors to the Festival, the organiser reservethe right to refuse admission.


ADMISSION – FOR WHICH A DONATION IS ENCOURAGED

is at the Festival attendee’s own risk. The organiser will not be held liable for any loss, injuries or damages sustained at the event including damage, theft or losses to property.


RANDOM BAG SEARCHES WILL BE UNDERTAKEN AT THE ENTRANCE

Any items which the organiser or SIA staff consider may be used in an illegal or offensive manner, will be confiscated and you will be asked to leave or be evicted from the site.


CHALLENGE 25 OPERATES AT THE BAR

If you are fortunate enough to look under the age of the 25, you will be required to provide ID that proves your age. If you cannot provide such ID, you will not be served any alcoholic beverages. Accepted ID includes photographic a driving licence, a passport & a PASS hologram proof-of-age card. Photocopies will not be accepted. Searches may be conducted at any time and anyone under legal age found in possession of alcohol will have their alcohol removed and they may then be ejected from the site.


NO OPENED BOTTLES MAY BE ROUGHT ON TO SITE

you can bring sealed bottles. Any opened bottles will be confiscated on entry to the site. Please look after, and then dispose of, all bottles responsibly. Underage drinking will not be tolerated on the Festival site.Anyone under legal age caught drinking or in possession of alcohol will have their alcohol removed and be evicted from site. 


THE FESTIVAL HAS AN ANTI-DRUGS POLICY – DO NOT BRING DRUGS INTO OUR SITE!

Our security staff will be searching for all illegal items including drugs as well as legal highs. All drugs will be confiscated. Anyone caught attempting to enter the site with, or found in possession of drugs, will be immediately ejected from the site and may be handed over to the police. Anyone caught dealing in drugs will be held by SIA Staff while the Police are summoned to attend.


NO LEGAL HIGHS OR ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES MAY BE BROUGHT ON TO THE SITE

including nitrous oxide. Anyone caught in possession of such substances can be refused entry or ejected immediately from the site,and passed over to the local Police.

Persons suspected of carrying out illegal and / or offensive activities onsite will be searched and if found with any offending items will be asked to leave or be evicted.


KEEP ANIMALS ON A LEAD AT ALL TIMES

Any animals brought on to the site must be on a lead and kept under close control at all times.

 

Exmouth Town Council reserves the right to make changes including cancelling the programme at any time.
